Odyscene VR, underwater kids drama class.

So far this project has been the most informative and experimental for me because in the procces of making I have learned a lot of new information regarding ways of making a simple vr video for YouTube as well as picked up many new skills in Autodesk Maya.

Concept: in my group I took on the role of the person who would make a 360 render of a scene in Maya that I would also be making so that later on that render could be converted into a 360 navigatable video on YouTube via a quick touch up in PremierPro.
And frankly I have to say that at the beggining I was a bit scared because I thought to myself, have I bitten off more than I could chew? I was completely new to Maya and had not really done anything, let alone a whole scene, thankfully I have managed to produce a decent looking scene but most importantley I have jumped so far ahead finding out different ways of shading and lighting, camera work etc. Now of course I have to be realistic it is not like I am the master of Maya now, not at all actually, but I have made tremendous progress and feel more confident working with it now.
